I hereby authorize the complete repair of my vehicle by Infinite Performance Co., LLC once approved by my insurance company. I agree that Infinite Performance Co., LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to this vehicle and/or articles left in the vehicle, due to fire, theft or any other causes beyond its control or deemed "acts of God". I also grant permission to this company's employees to operate the vehicle for the purpose of pickup, delivery, testing and/or inspec-tion. Furthermore, I acknowledge that Infinite Performance Co., LLC will not be held liable for any damages incurred to the vehicle during its pickup or delivery or during moving of the vehicle as needed for repairs and/or to and from bodyshops. Also, I acknowledge that if closer analysis reveals additional repairs are necessary, either I or my insurance company will be contacted for authorization of any additional repair charges. If new parts listed in the insurance estimate are not available, or are repairable, I authorize Infinite Performance Co., LLC to repair such parts when possible. Old parts will be disposed based upon state regulations. I authorize Infinite Performance Co., LLC to gain access to dents that may not be accessible due to their location on the vehi-cle. The full amount of the repair charges must be paid before the vehicle listed above can be released for delivery. If insurance pays either a portion of or the total amount due, I acknowledge that the insurance check/draft must be obtained by me or sent in ad-vance by the insurance company to Infinite Performance Co., LLC. I also acknowledge that I must make arrangements with any lien holder or other payees to endorse the insurance check/draft prior to the release of the above repaired vehicle. I authorize any and all in-surance supplements including rental car reimbursements payable directly to Infinite Performance Co., LLC for the considerations of re-pairs made to the vehicle. I hereby authorize Infinite Performance Co., LLC to act as power of attorney to sign or endorse any checks and/or drafts made payable to me and any release thereto, as settle-ment for my claim for damage to their vehicle. Infinite Performance Co., LLC is not responsible for prior damage on vehicle, an ex- pressed mechanics lien on the vehicle is acknowledged and I fur-ther agree to pay reasonable attorney fees and court costs if legal action becomes necessary to enforce this contract. Infinite Performance Co., LLC may also possess my vehicle if payment is not se-cured according to state laws. I also understand that any vehicle citations incurred while operating a rental vehicle charged to Infinite Performance Co., LLC is my financial responsibility. Thank you for your business!
