Processing - Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and you'll recieve a follow-up email acknowledging that I've received your order, payment and photo submission; if I need any additional details to complete your custom keepsake, this is the time I'll ask for those as well.

Refunds - Given the nature of custom pet portraits, refunds are not available. However, I will always send you a final photo of your custom keepsake to obtain your approval before I consider the artwork finished and ready to ship out.
