The Playful Palette Co. Participant Agreement, Indemnification, Waiver, and Liability Release

I. Ability to Engage in Art Activities and Assumption of Risk:
The Playful Palette Co. takes all reasonable precautions to provide a safe and enjoyable experience. I acknowledge that art and play activities involve certain inherent risks, and I have allowed my child to participate understanding those risks.

II. Assumption of Risk:
I understand that art and play activities can involve risks such as slipping, falling, equipment malfunctions, or interactions with others. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation for myself and/or my child(ren).

III. Waiver and Release of Liability:
As a parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless The Playful Palette Co. and its owner, Shino Velasquez, from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in any activities, classes, or events.

IV. Attorneys’ Fees:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Playful Palette Co. for any legal costs incurred to enforce this agreement.

V. Duration of Agreement:
This waiver and release shall remain valid for one (1) year from the date signed and covers all future visits, classes, and activities during that time.
I give permission to The Playful Palette Co. to use photos taken of my child and their artwork for local news and marketing, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of these images and understand this permission is granted without compensation.*
