Please read carefully before submitting:

☑️ I understand that I am responsible for shipping my empty perfume bottle to Signature Tees by Sonya Inc. at the address P.O. Box 970367 Coconut Creek, Fl 33097

☑️ I understand that the design process begins once my bottle is received.

☑️ I understand that processing time is 7–10 business days after the bottle arrives, and payment received as each design is handcrafted with care.

☑️ I understand that each piece is unique and final.

✨ Shipping Notice – Signature Bottle Couture
Please read carefully before sending your perfume bottle.

Shipping Label Provided:
A USPS shipping label will be sent to you after your order is placed.
– Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your local post office.
– Please make sure your bottle is empty, clean, and securely wrapped to prevent breakage during shipping.
Customer Responsibility:
You are responsible for packing your bottle safely before shipping.
Return Shipping:
Once your custom design is complete, Signature Bottle Couture will cover the return shipping cost.
Your embellished bottle will be carefully packaged and shipped back to you free of charge.
Processing Time:
Please allow 7–10 business days after your bottle is received for your design to be completed.
Disclaimer:
Signature Bottle Couture is not responsible for bottles damaged in transit.
We recommend using bubble wrap or protective packaging inside your box.
