Food Assistance Request
**PICKUP WILL BE AT HOPE CITY CHURCH IN WHITLEY CITY, KY** One request per month per household. Please answer the scheduling call/text, and ensure transportation to the church to pick up your box within a week of the call date. We will not hold boxes for more than a week, and multiple unretreived requests will lead to being banned from this outreach service. ***DISCLAIMER: We fill requests based on items available and cannot guarantee that a need can be met, but will work diligently to help if possible.***
