MD Events, LLC d/b/a the Miss Irish Fest Camden Pageant (“IFCP”) reserves the right to reject any application. If your application is not accepted, your money will be refunded. However, no refunds of the application fee will be made once you have been accepted into the pageant. Any photographs or videos taken of the contestant becomes property of the IFCP Committee and/or its affiliates and may be used for promotional purposes, including by way of social media and marketing/advertisements. Contestants agree to abide by any reasonable rules and regulations promulgated by the IFCP committee. Contestants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless IFCP Committee, Irish Fest Camden LLC, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all claims made against the same, to include, without limitation, all cost, liability, judgment, expenses, or damages arising out of or in connection with (1) any lack of sportsmanship by Contestant; (2) any act or omission by Contestant, his/her agents, invitees, participants, representatives, employees, servants and assigns; and 3) any claims made on account or resulting from Contestants participating in the contest to include, but not limited to, any and all injuries suffered by Contestants or Contestants' guests to the person or property of another, except for claims based solely on the gross negligence or intentional acts of the IFCP Committee.
