Performer Liability
Please note for the 2026 season, ALL performers will be required to submit a liability waiver to RMCGA in order to be compliant with our insurance policy.

This does NOT apply to units that are only submitting virtual performances for feedback (i.e. Club Class).

Code of Conduct

RMCGA adheres to WGI's Code of Conduct for all groups participating in RMCGA sanctioned events. This Code of Conduct applies to everyone involved with Rocky Mountain Color Guard Association, including all participants, minor participants, groups, instructional staff, Rocky Mountain Color Guard Association personnel, volunteers, and contractors. Violations of this Code of Conduct will be handled as described in the 2026 RMCGA Procedures.
