PLEASE NOTE - You must register for THREE Gymkhana events to participate in the TRACKSIDE races after lunch. These events are marked If you wish to enter the main events without participating in the Gymkhana, please register via the website.

Notes: Please see the Program for full class descriptions and entry requirements. One form per entrant. Competitors are still required to purchase entry tickets. Tickets available online www.quindanningraces.com.au

RELEASE and WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I hereby agree that I have entered in to the above events and races hosted by the Quindanning Picnic Race Club and agree on the following conditions:

1. That no representation whatsoever has been made to me by the race club as to the conditions of the track or the facilities of the race club.

2. That I am entering the events voluntarily and on the understanding that I fully accept that these events may result in death or injury to me and/or my property because of their hazardous nature.

To the full extent permitted by law and otherwise, I voluntarily:

3. Waive all legal and equitable rights of action against the Quindanning Picnic Race Club in relation to any claim arising from and relating to the race day

4. Accept full responsibility and liability for any and all loss, damage, injury, claim or death arising or relating to my participation in the race day

5. If applicable, I have explained the content and effect of this Release and Waiver of Liabiity to the minors/children under my care and confirm that I am signing this Waiver on their behalf
