The Rose Cologne Volunteer Recognition Dinner will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at the Mountain View Country Club. Time: 5:45 PM (Cash Bar) with Buffet Dinner to be served at 6:30PM.
RSVP Instructions

Please complete the following RSVP for your volunteer and all attendees from your organization/agency. CCCHS will host (1) volunteer ticket for dinner; additional tickets are $50/person (if paid by check; $53 if paid online). A table of 10 (includes volunteer) receives a discounted price of $450, (if paid by check; $455 if paid online).
Deadline to RSVP is Friday, April 3.
