Conference Advisory Board Self-Nomination Form

DEADLINE: Friday, November 14th, 2025 at 11:59pm PST.
Please complete the following form to submit your nomination to serve on the Open Education Conference Advisory Board for 2026-2027. All who are interested and eligible are encouraged to self-nominate. Below, you will be asked to indicate your areas of interest and level of availability, along with what you hope to contribute.

This information will be reviewed by the Nominating Committee, who will select a subset of candidates to appear on the election ballot. If selected for the ballot, your responses (excluding your email address) will be shared publicly with the Open Education Conference community during the voting period. You will have a brief opportunity to review and edit them, but the Nominating Committees reserves the right to share your responses as-is.
