As part of our small team, everyone pitches in! General duties include preparing coffee, Lotus, smoothies, and other beverages; providing friendly, welcoming customer service; accurately ringing up all purchases and handling payments; cleaning and maintaining the coffee bar, customer areas, and restrooms; sweeping, mopping, and taking out garbage; stocking, prepping, and keeping supplies organized; helping with retail merchandise and keeping displays tidy; following opening and closing procedures and completing shift checklists; staying productive during slower times and looking for what needs to be done; supporting your teammates; and jumping in wherever needed.
