1. Each portrait card is hand-drawn using ink pens in my art style. No digital tracing or editing is used.
2. Because the artwork is hand-drawn directly on paper, revisions, alterations, or redraws cannot be made once I begin the illustration.
3. Full payment is required and non-refundable before I start your portraits. This confirms your booking and covers art materials and preparation time.
4. In the rare case that I experience an emergency or unexpected circumstance that prevents me from completing your order, I will fully refund your payment.
5. Completion time typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on my queue and the complexity of your order. For bulk orders (such as wedding giveaways or event sets), please allow 2–3 weeks for completion.
6. Shipping timelines are subject to courier schedules and may vary. I’ll provide tracking details once your portrait is shipped.
7. Finished artworks may be shared on my portfolio or social media to showcase my work, unless you request privacy beforehand.
8. All commissioned artworks are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, edited, or resold without my written permission.
