KiNSim collects personal information for companies and individuals who wish to make bulk purchase as follows:
- Information to be collected: Company name (if required for proposal), name of requester, email address, phone number, website address.
- Purpose of collection and use: To verify identity for bulk purchase requester, ensure smooth communication channels, and confirm bulk purchase details.
- Period for retention and use: 1 month from the end of the bulk purchase process, after which it will be deleted.
- User’s right to refuse consent: User may refuse to consent to the collection of personal information. However, please note that doing so may restrict the ability to submit a bulk purchase request.
