Terms & Conditions
1. I consent for my child to participate in Mackay Gymnastics Inc activities. I understand that gymnastics, like all sports and activities carries an inherent risk of injury. I understand that every endeavour will be made to contact me prior to any medical attention being given. Where is it not practical to contact me, I authorise a representative of Mackay Gymnastics Inc to seek medical intervention (including treatment, emergency transport, hospitalisation) in the event of any accident, mishap or illness whenever my child is in the care of the club. I understand that these services will be sought at my expense and as deemed necessary and/or appropriate by a representative of Mackay Gymnastics Inc.
2. I understand that representative of Mackay Gymnastics Inc may from time to time take video or still images of the gymnasts for training, educational, administrative or promotional purposes. I consent to the use of these images, on the understanding that images used outside of the club premises or in any public media or websites will require my approval.
3. All children are expected to demonstrate respectful behaviour at all times. Inappropriate behaviour — including physical, verbal, or disruptive actions — will not be tolerated.
4. Refunds Policy - no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking date, or in the case of a no-show on the day of the booking. Please contact admin@mackaygymnastics.org.au to advise of any cancellations, and if more than 24 hours notice, a refund will be issued (less any credit card fees paid).
