Please use this form to apply for a place in our Nursery. 

Applications will be reviewed in line with our admissions policy which can be found on our school website Nursery Admissions Page.  

During the completion of this application form, you will need to upload 2 forms of identification:

1 - Child identification: 

One of the following: UK Birth Certificate, Valid current passport or Official documents from the NASS. 

2 - Proof of address 

One of the following:  council tax bill, current housing benefit letter, tenancy agreement, address confirmation letter from the NASS, gas bill, electricity bill, water bill, telephone bill or mobile phone bill. 

Once started, you are unable to return to the form, so please be prepared to complete it in its entirety.  

 The information on this form will be retained by St Edburg's Church of England (VA) Primary School whilst your child is on roll in the Nursery. 

If your child is not offered a place with the Nursery, then your details will not be retained.  

When making your choice of sessions please be aware of the following:

 There are now two government funded options available to parents of 3-4-year-olds:

1.    Universal Entitlement - 15 hours per week, term time only, to which all children are entitled.

2.    Extended Entitlement - Children from eligible working families may be entitled to 30 hours of funding during term time only according to specific criteria. This is currently available to children who will turn 4 during the academic year.

 Parents of 2-year-olds are entitled to the following:

1.    Eligible working parents of children aged 2 will be able to get up to 30 hours a week or Free Early Education and Childcare.

If you apply for and accept a place without the required government funding for that place you will automatically be charged for your childcare.
