- Single Pitch -  £20 & VAT

- Table provided by Portsmouth Creates

 

If your application is successful you will be notified by email and an invoice will be issued - full payment (inc. electricity & any other charges) by bank transfer to Portsmouth Creates CIC will then be due.

The pitch offer is not guaranteed until your payment has been received. You must pay upon receipt of invoice otherwise the pitch will be offered to another trader.

It is essential that the Application Checklist below is fully completed with the submission of this online application form.

If any documentation is missing from your application, other than that which is stated can be obtained on confirmation of a pitch, then it will not be considered. Your application cannot be assessed until these documents are received.

Full payment (inc. electricity & any other charges) by bank transfer to Portsmouth Creates CIC is due upon acceptance of a pitch offer. Your pitch offer is not guaranteed until this payment has been received. You will have a maximum of 7 days before the start of the market to pay your fee's otherwise your pitch will be cancelled and offered to another trader.

If you do not have an annual policy in place already and will be purchasing insurance especially for the market please wait to find out if you are successful BEFORE purchasing insurance. Letus know about this via email when sending your product photos to complete your application****

You may find The Artists Information Company to be a suitable and affordable insurance provider - for a small annual fee you will get access to all of the AIC's online resources and £5 million PLI for artists.
