Final Plat Application
Pursuant to Florida Statute Section 177-071, the City of Ocala is now accepting final plat applications for administrative review and approval. Applicants must fully complete and submit the application below for evaluation by city staff to determine compliance with the requirements necessary to proceed with an administrative review of the final plat. City staff will provide, within seven (7) business days, a timeline for review if the application is accepted or a basis for denial if it is not. It is mandatory for a surveyor to prepare and submit the final plat.
