By registering for the 2026 Harvest Festival, you and your attendees agree to hold harmless and release the City of Gulf Shores (Gulf Shores Elementary School) from any and all responsibility and liability resulting from participation in this event.

I understand that this event does not provide for refunds in the event of a cancellation, and by signing this waiver, I consent that I am not entitled to a refund if the event is cancelled before or during the event.

ALL wristband and raffle tickets are donations to the GSES PTO, refunds will not be issued due to non-attendence to the festival or personal illness. If there is a cancellation due to weather and we are able to rescheule, wristbands and raffle tickets will be valid for the future date.
