CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY –If, after registering, you find that you cannot attend the Region 5 Rally, please contact Region 5 Treasurer John Swearingen as soon as possible at region5treasurer@hotmail.com 309-824-4354, or PO Box 356, Atlanta,Illinois 61723. We will make every attempt to refund as much of the registration fee as possible. If you registered online, your refund will be minus the Paypal processing fee. If there are some fees or costs that were necessary for Region 5 to prepay or guarantee in order to reserve meals, tickets, tours, venues, services, etc., and we cannot recover the fees, it will be necessary to deduct these from your refund. Refund requests received 30 days or less prior to the starting date of the rally may not be possible to honor. Every effort will be made to minimize the financial impact to both Region 5 and the registrants.
