BBL Chair Rental & Use Agreement

I understand that by renting the BBL Chair from Body Work by Adriana LLC, I accept full responsibility for its use. I agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that use of the BBL Chair is at my own risk. I understand that the chair is for post-op support or general body contouring relief only and is not a medical device. I will ensure proper and safe use according to provided instructions.

Care & Responsibility
- I agree to keep the chair clean and in good condition throughout the rental.
- I will not place sharp objects, oils, liquids, or wet items directly on the chair.
- I understand that stains, rips, or damage may result in cleaning or repair fees (minimum fees apply).
- If the chair is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, I agree to pay full replacement cost.
Payment & Deposit
- A refundable security deposit of $150 is required prior to delivery. The deposit will be returned within 24–48 hours after pickup, once the chair has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition.
  
  The security deposit does not apply toward the rental fee. Any damages, excessive cleaning, loss, or replacement costs may be deducted from the deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the client agrees to pay the remaining balance.
- The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery.
Payments & Credit Card Authorization

I understand that Body Work by Adriana LLC only accepts Zelle for BBL Chair Rental

Zelle payments are final and non-reversible.

Delivery & Transportation Policy

A $35 delivery fee applies to all BBL Chair rentals within my standard travel area and includes drop-off and scheduled pickup.

For clients located outside of my travel zone, third-party transportation services (including Uber or similar courier services) may be used. In those cases, the $35 delivery fee will apply to the drop-off only, and the return of the chair will be the client’s responsibility.

If you prefer, I can coordinate the third-party pickup on your behalf; however, payment for the return delivery must be sent in advance before scheduling.

The client acknowledges and agrees that:
• Delivery fees cover transportation, coordination, and handling.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable once transport has been scheduled.

Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the chair.
If no one is available at the scheduled time, additional delivery or redelivery fees may apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery may be rescheduled once.
- No refunds for same-day cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute address/time changes.
- If I need to change the delivery date/time, I will contact the business as soon as possible.
Liability Release

I acknowledge and agree that Body Work by Adriana LLC and its representatives are not responsible for any injury, discomfort, complications, losses, or damages related to the use of the BBL Chair. I assume full responsibility for myself (and my client if applicable) while using the chair.
