• 2026 Patriots' Day Parade Application

  • This application is for individuals or groups interested in participating in the 2026 Patriots' Day Parade in Lexington, Massachusetts. 

    This year's parade will occur on Saturday, April 18, 2026.

    For your application to be considered, you must:

    1. Provide all required information and hit the "Submit" button at the end of this form.
    2. Submit all required documents. (This includes a completed W9 form if you are requesting a fee.)
    3. Adhere to parade rules and restrictions established by the Town Celebrations Committee

    All applications must be submitted by Sunday, February 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.

     Note: Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptances will be determined at the discretion of the Town Celebrations Committee.

  • Group Information

  • This section will ask for basic information about your group or organization. You will be asked for individual contact information in a later section. 

  • You must submit a completed and signed W9 tax form if your group is requesting a fee. If you do not have a completed W9 form, you can download and use a fillable version of the form through the IRS website. 

    The W9 form must be the latest version from the US Government, dated March 2024.

  • Vehicle Information

  • All of the information in the following section is required. Vehicles that do not have prior approval from the Town Celebrations Committee will not be allowed to participate in the parade. 

    All vehicles must be properly registered and insured.

    All drivers must have the appropriate license for the vehicle they are operating.
