About the Speaker
Stephen de Man is a Vice President in Dimensional’s Global Client Group and is based in Austin, Texas. He works on the Practice Management team, where he helps financial advisors gain strategic insight into their business by reviewing performance and strategy alongside peer benchmarks.
Before joining Dimensional, Stephen worked in education and non-profit management with a focus on recruiting, strategy, and development. He began his career as a civics teacher in rural Texas through Teach For America.
Stephen earned an MBA from the University of Texas, a master’s degree in policy and organizational leadership studies from Stanford University, and a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
