FICoSE Top Driver: The Pinnacle Award

Nominees for this award should consistently demonstrate safe driving practices and serve as role models through their exemplary behavior.
Eligibility & Criteria

To qualify for Top Driver of the Year, a driver must first have satisfied the Top Driver Award criteria during the year and meet the following additional requirements:

1. General Requirements
- Employed with current company for at least 2 consecutive years
- Received the Top Driver Award at least two times or more
- No “Moving/Unsafe Violations” within the last two years
- No “At-Fault Accidents” within the last two years
- No more than two Not-At-Fault Accidents within the past three years
- Consistent compliance with GPS/Camera usage and company safety policies
2. Performance & Behavior
- Maintains excellent speed reports over a one-year review period
- Demonstrates proactive participation in:
  - Safety trainings and meetings
  - Maintenance checks and reporting
  - Mentoring new drivers or promoting safety culture
3. Character & Leadership
- Exhibits professionalism and dependability on and off the job
- Serves as a positive representative of the company and industry
- Contributes to a strong team environment within the fleet
4. Community Impact
- Engages in community service, volunteerism, or charitable events
- Represents the values of Safety, Integrity, and Commitment beyond the workplace
5. Documentation Review

Each nominated driver will undergo:
- MVR review (past three years)
- PSP report review
- Verification of company approval and compliance with award requirements
