CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY - If, after registering, you find that you cannot attend the 2025 Holiday Party, please contact Ed Jones as soon as possible at thunderhorse16@yahoo.com, or 3704 Washington Woods Drive, Alexandria, VA 22309. We will make every attempt to refund as much of the rally fee as possible. If there are some fees or costs that were necessary for NORVA to prepay or guarantee in order to obtain provisions and we cannot recover the fees, it will be necessary to deduct these from your refund. Refund requests received 30 days or less prior to the starting date of the rally may not be possible to honor. Every effort will be made to minimize the financial impact to both NORVA and the registrants.
