Neither the Northeast Kingdom Equine Expo nor the Orleans County Fair Association assume responsibility for any loss or damage.*All vendors are expected to follow rules of the event or will asked to leave with no refunds.*Vendor tables will be set up undercover, although will have the flexibility to be moved outside if weather permits.*Please reach out if you have any additional accommodation requests.* Displays may be set up any time after 3:00PM on Friday. *Camping is available at the following rates and can be booked directly through the fair website: o Electric & Water Hookups $55/night o No Hookups/Tent Site: $30/night *FOOD VENDORS: Provide VT Department of Health temporary food vendor (fair stand)certificate. Must be obtained 15 days prior to event athttp://www.healthvermont.gov/environment/food-lodging. I understand that if I do not have this license or do not pass the State of Vermont inspection, I am forfeiting my assigned space as well as the payment of the space rented.
