Hot Cocoa Station: Serve hot cocoa with various mix-ins and toppings. Prepare drinks, refill supplies, help younger kids build their perfect cups, and handle cleanup.

Cookie Decorating Station: Assist families with decorating sugar cookies with frostings and toppings. Help with spreading and decorating, replenish supplies, help kids with details, and clean up spills and mess.

Photo Booth: Run the photo booth with backdrop, lighting, and props. Operate the camera, help guests with prop selection, suggest poses, coordinate the queue, and keep props organized.

Personalized Ornament Station: Help families decorate ornaments with paint pens, stickers, and fillers. Assist with painting and filling ornaments, manage glitter and mess, help younger kids, and package finished ornaments.

Games & Activities: Facilitate holiday scavenger hunts, loteria games, and other activities. Explain rules and keep activities moving, distribute materials, monitor activities, and manage supplies.

Setup & Check-In: Help with initial setup, manage the gift table, welcome families at entrance, direct people to stations, and provide general assistance throughout the event.

Photo Release: I, {name} [parent or official guardian of the minor children listed above], hereby authorize Levantar, its representatives, and employees the right to take and use photographs and/or digital images of my child[ren] for promotional purposes, which might include printed or electronic publications, website, or other electronic communications. I agree that Levantar may use photographs or videos of me or my child[ren] without name[s] for lawful purposes, including, for example, publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. I acknowledge that these photos/videos were taken voluntarily and agree to use these images without compensation. All negatives, prints, and digital reproductions are the property of Levantar representatives. I hereby release and hold harmless Levantar from any reasonable expectation of privacy and confidentiality for myself and the minor child[ren] listed below. Further, I attest that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child[ren] listed above and have full authority to consent and authorize the use of their likenesses. I hereby release Levantar, its contractors, its employees, or any third parties involved in the creation or publication or organization publications from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation or the participation of the minor children listed below.

Liability Waiver (all classes require the signature of each Registering Adult or the Parent or Guardian of any Minor(s). Permission to participate in the following programs, including associated travel sponsored by Levantar is given for me and/or child(ren) as named below. In consideration of participation in these programs, I hereby indemnify and hold harmless and release the Levantar, its agents, its employees and volunteers from any and all liability for injury suffered by me or my child(ren) arising from or connected with these programs. I assume all risk for any injuries. I sign of my own free will. I/we agree to allow use of my/our photograph in program publicity. I have read and fully understand these policies.
