Terms & Conditions:

Ice cream melts and doesn’t taste the same once it’s been re-frozen. It needs to be in a freezer within 20-30 minutes of pick-up, right until service, otherwise the quality will be compromised.
Insulated ice cream sleeves must be returned within 7 days of the event or your credit card will be charged for the full cost of the sleeve.
We require a week's notice to review a request, otherwise we cannot guarantee availability or fulfillment.
Homemade waffle cones aren’t an option for purchase with self-scoops.
