    Beautiful and well-appointed campground site along Hebgen Lake, only 16 minutes from West Yellowstone Park entrance. The small marina rents kayaks, fishing boats, paddleboards and a pontoon boat. Fabulous fishing along the Madison/Gallatin Rivers and Henry’s Fork nearby. Visit the Earthquake Lake Visitor, enjoy a 12-inch pancake streamside, visit West Yellowstone for fun dining and shopping.


    The stand-alone part of this Rally has very limited space (3 spots plus the host), but we won’t be alone at Hebgen Lake as the “INWAC 2026 Caravan -My Private Idaho” with 8 more Airstreams will feather into our Rally.

    This rally requires registration fee of $500 for two people/$475 for one person to ensure we get your site reserved. All but $25 is refundable so long as we can find a replacement attendee if you need to cancel. The registration fee covers your four night stay at the RV park (section E), full access to the Beaver Den Cooking/Meeting Facility Thursday-Monday, and a welcome dinner on Thursday, July 16.

    REGISTRATION INFORMATION: 

    There is a maximum of 4 spaces (3 plus Host) available with registration remaining open until all spaces are filled. Registration requires a $500 (2 pp) / $475 (1 p) registration fee to be confirmed.

  • Registration Fee Required

    This Airstream must prepay a registration fee of $500 for two people or $475 for one person. INWAC must receive payment within two weeks of registering in order to confirm your space for the rally.

    If you are among the first three Airstreams to register, the rally Host / Co-Host will contact you and provide information about payment options via check, payPal, Venmo or Credit Card. 

    Cancellation Information 

    If cancelling, a fee of $25 plus any non-recoverable expenses will be withheld.
