  • Terms and Conditions

    1. Participation

    • Los Angeles Mamas (“the Host”) invites vendors as independent participants.

    • Vendors are responsible for providing and managing all materials, inventory, equipment, and staff required for their participation.

    • Vendors agree to comply with all local regulations, including health, safety, and business permit requirements.

    2. Sales & Marketing

    • The Host does not guarantee sales, exposure, or attendance.

    • Vendors are solely responsible for marketing their own business, generating interest, and managing customer transactions.

    • Los Angeles Mamas will promote the event generally but does not promise individualized marketing or results.

    • Participation is an opportunity for community connection and visibility, not a guaranteed profit opportunity.

    3. Fees & Cancellations

    • Any applicable participation fees are non-refundable unless the Host cancels the event.

    • The Host reserves the right to modify or reschedule events at any time.

    4. Liability & Insurance

    • Vendors participate at their own risk.

    • The Host, its affiliates, and event venues are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damages to persons or property.

    • Vendors are encouraged to maintain their own general liability insurance.

    5. Conduct & Brand Alignment

    • Vendors agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, and other participants.

    • Products, services, and messaging must be family-friendly and consistent with the inclusive community values of Los Angeles Mamas.

    6. Media Release

    • Vendors grant permission for Los Angeles Mamas to use event photos or videos that may include their likeness, products, or branding for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the event.

    Acknowledgment

    By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms above. You understand that participation does not guarantee sales or outcomes, and Los Angeles Mamas is not liable for any business results or losses.
