Terms and Conditions
1. Registration and Payment
By completing the registration process and submitting payment, participants and their guardians acknowledge and agree to the non-refundable nature of the camp fees. All camp fees, including the registration fee, tuition, and any additional charges, are non-refundable under any circumstances, cannot be transferred to another student, and cannot be postponed.
2. Cancellation Policy
- The camp does not offer refunds, credits, transfers, or postponements for any reason, including but not limited to camper illnesses and injuries.
- Participants and their guardians are strongly encouraged to consider their commitment to the camp program before registering, as no exceptions to the non-refundable policy will be made.
3. Health and Safety
-Participants must provide accurate medical information and emergency contact details during registration.
-The camp will prioritize the health and safety of all participants and staff and follow all relevant health guidelines and protocols.
4. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to adhere to camp rules and codes of conduct throughout their enrollment, and noncompliance may result in dismissal from the camp without refund.
5. Supervision and Care
The camp will provide appropriate supervision and care during camp hours, but transportation to and from the camp is the responsibility of parents/guardians.
6. Liability and Release
-Participants and their guardians release the camp and its staff from liability for injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during camp activities. Participants will receive an accident insurance policy for the duration of their camp experience.
-Participants and their guardians assume all risks associated with camp participation.
7. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The camp is not liable for lost or stolen items.
8. Media Release
Participants or their guardians may grant the camp permission to use photos, videos, or other media of the participants for promotional purposes.
9. Changes to the Program
The camp reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule, activities, or staff assignments as necessary.
10. Termination
The camp may terminate a camper's enrollment for violation of terms and conditions or any other valid reason, with no refund.
11. Communication
Camp organizers will communicate important information, updates, and notices to participants or their guardians via email, phone, or other means.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the camp operates.
13. Behavior Expectations
-Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly at all times during the camp.
-Participants and their guardians acknowledge that any disruptive or inappropriate behavior, as determined by the camp staff, may result in immediate dismissal from the camp without refund.
14. Compliance with Rules
Participants agree to comply with all camp rules and guidelines as outlined by the camp staff. Failure to adhere to these rules may lead to disciplinary action.
15. Parent/Guardian Cooperationง
Parents/Guardians are expected to cooperate with camp staff in addressing and resolving any behavioral issues that may arise during the camp.
16. Counseling and Correction
In the event of behavioral concerns, the camp may implement counseling and corrective measures to address the issues before considering termination.
17. Zero Tolerance
The camp maintains a zero-tolerance policy for behaviors such as bullying, harassment, substance abuse, or any other actions that jeopardize the safety and well-being of other participants or staff.
18. Parent/Guardian Notification
Parents/Guardians will be promptly notified if their child's behavior is a cause for concern, and collaboration will be sought to address and rectify the situation.
19. Reimbursement for Damages
Participants and their guardians are responsible for any damages caused by intentional or negligent actions during the camp. Reimbursement for damages will be expected.
20. Review and Acknowledgment
Participants and their guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the behavior contract outlined in these terms and conditions.
By checking the box below, participants and their guardians affirm their understanding and acceptance of both the terms and conditions and the behavior contract. Failure to adhere to these agreements may result in the participant's dismissal from the camp without a refund.
