The "Leopold B. Felsen Award for Excellence in Electrodynamics" is a career award in all areas of Electromagnetics to an early-stage researcher under 40 years of age at submission deadline.

Nomination/endorsement by members of the Awards Committee is not allowed. If a member of the Committee wishes to nominate/endorse a candidate, he/she will be replaced in the committee for two years.

Note that it is expected 1 nominator letter and 3 endorsement letters.

Expected information in letters and limitations.
