Judy Garland – Legendary Hollywood star, magnetic and world-weary, balancing glamour with vulnerability. (Age 40–55, confident mover, rich low voice).
Liza Minnelli – Spirited, stylish, and ambitious performer living in her mother’s shadow until her own fame rises. Quirky, emotional, and a powerhouse triple threat. (Age 22–40, strong dancer with Fosse style, G–E5 belt).
Marion Woolnough – Peter’s loving and protective mother, warm and grounded, with emotional depth. (Age 40–65, strong lyrical singer, light movement.)
Greg Connell – Peter’s devoted Texan partner; charming, sincere, and quietly strong. (Age 30s, Texas accent, intermediate dancer, Middle C–D range.)
