    LCSD hosts a vibrant Community of Spiritual Directors supporting those who offer the ministry of Spiritual Direction. Because this work can often feel solitary, our community provides a place for Spiritual Directors to connect with one another, develop their skills, and grow in their own personal development. LCSD is committed to promoting best practices and safeguarding, ensuring that the ministry of Spiritual Direction is offered with wisdom, integrity, and care.

  • There are two types of membership.

    1) Member → for connected, non-listed members (in training, retired, do not want to be listed on the directory or supporters)

    or

    2) Profile Member → for active, listed on the directory spiritual directors

  • Meeting our Code of Practice

  • We ask all members to agree to LCSD's Code of Practice. Please read the Code of Practice and confirm that you agree to its standards. 

    To appear in the online Directory, members must:

    1. Be in regular Spiritual Direction
    2. Receive regular Supervision
    3. Have completed safeguarding training within the last 3 years

    If you do not yet meet the requirements of the Code of Practice but would like a Directory profile, your membership will automatically be set to  Member until all criteria are met.
