This is a legally binding agreement between you (“the Member”) and Accelerated Strategies, LLC, for participation in the Accelerated Strategies Prep Program (the “Program”). This agreement outlines the expectations, deliverables, limitations, and your rights and responsibilities as a participant.
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below, as well as the company’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
What You’re Getting
As a Member of the “Accelerated Strategies Financial Prep Program”, you will receive:
- Access to the ASC Prep Program Educational Curriculum (Stages 1–5):

- Budgeting
- Credit
- Debt Strategies
- Investment Foundations
- Weekly Live Group Coaching Calls via our client portal
- Access to the Private Online Prep Program Community
- 12-Month Access to the Solvit Software (When Made Available)
- Lifetime access to all Prep Program modules, tools, and updates
- One-time 100% credit of your enrollment fee toward the full Accelerated Strategies Core Program if/when you qualify
What We Expect From You
By enrolling, you agree to the following:
- You acknowledge that the 1:1 coaching sessions are not financial advising sessions. The coaching sessions are strictly educational to help you make better decisions.
- You understand that this program is educational and coaching-based, and not a form of financial, legal, or tax advice.
- You agree to engage with the content in good faith, and take personal responsibility for your financial decisions.
- The program is only effective as your effective application of the materials.
- You agree not to share, copy, distribute, or reuse any program materials, videos, documents, or access credentials outside of your immediate household.
- You understand this program is designed to help you build a foundation to potentially qualify for the Accelerated Strategies Core Program, but no outcome or qualification is guaranteed.
- You understand that Accelerated Strategies is NOT a bank and does not provide any banking services of any form.
What We Promise to You
- To deliver timely access to your Prep Program content and resources
- To offer live, ongoing, weekly group coaching calls for Q&A, support, and guidance
- To provide 12 months of Solvit software access once the platform is live
- To offer you 1:1 success coaching session with readily available times except major national holidays.
- To maintain your access to curriculum materials for the lifetime of the program
- To credit your full Prep Program payment toward the Accelerated Strategies Core Program once you qualify
- To provide regular updates to ensure accuracy and factual correctness of our materials.
- To maintain confidentiality of your personal and financial information per our Privacy Policy
Refund Policy (30-Day Satisfaction Promise)
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. If you're unsatisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of enrollment, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.
Refunds will not be granted after the 30-day period. After the initial 30-day period, no refund is provided due to:
- Change of mind or loss of interest
- Financial hardship after enrollment
- Lack of time to complete the program
- Spouse or partner disagreement
- Intentional misuse or abuse of program resources.
The Company may withhold refunds if the client is found to have intentionally withheld information that may have disqualified them for the program, conducted themselves maliciously or brought harm to the company and its employees, officers, contractors, and/or agents, and enrolled with the intent to cause harm to the company's reputation, marketability, and competitiveness.

- This program does not offer or guarantee loan approval, line of credit qualification, or mortgage refinance services.
- While some content may discuss financial strategies involving debt, credit, or investment topics, all content is for educational purposes only.
- All hypothetical examples, case studies, and illustrations are based on estimates and should not be interpreted as guarantees of results.
- You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the content of this program.
- Any software and online applications should not be the sole source of information when making financial decisions. While rare, the software and apps we provide may contain error or inaccuracies.
Testimonials & Review Use Terms
By submitting any testimonial or review (written, video, audio, or otherwise), you grant Accelerated Strategies, LLC the right to use, edit, and publish your feedback for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes across any media platform. No financial compensation is offered for testimonial use.
You waive any claim against the company relating to use of your testimonial, including (but not limited to) defamation, misrepresentation, or right of publicity.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, videos, software tools, and documents provided through this program are the intellectual property of Accelerated Strategies, LLC. They are licensed for your personal use only. Sharing, reproduction, resale, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.
Core Program Upgrade Credit
If you successfully complete the Prep Program and later qualify for the Accelerated Strategies Core Program, your full enrollment fee will be credited toward the Core Program cost.
This credit has no expiration but may only be used once per client household.
Your Commitment to the Program
To get the most out of your experience, we ask that you:
- Participate in at least 2–4 weekly calls during your first 60 days.
- Begin applying the concepts within 30 days of enrollment.
- Engage with the community and learning materials consistently.
- Maintain a coachable attitude and respectful communication.
- Engage with your 1:1 success coach when facing challenges and setbacks.
Agreement
By signing below, you affirm that:
- You understand this program is not personalized financial advice
- You understand that refunds are limited to the first 30 days
- You have read and agree to all terms outlined in this agreement
- You are committed to learning and participating in good faith
- You agree that your digital eSignature is binding and represents your commitment to this program.
