Should my application be accepted, I agree to be bound by the policies and procedures of The Oak Tree Christian Academy and to refrain from any conduct in violation of christian standard of living, christian teaching pricipals and organization standards.
I understand that The Oak Tree Christian Acdemy shall have the maximum discretion permitted by law to administer, interpret, modify, discontinue, enhance or otherwise change all policies, procedures, benefits or other terms or conditions of employment.
I understand that The Oak Tree Christian Academy is a faith-based organization that adhere to the faith tenants prescribe within the staff handbook.
I understand and agree that nothing contained in this application for employment or in any pre-employment interview is intended to or shall create a contract between myself and The Oak Tree Christian Academy for either employment or the providing of any benefit. I further understand that a criminal records check may be conducted on me, and consent to such check.
I understand that The Oak Tree Christian Academy is a Drug-Free, Smoke-Free and Weapon-Free workplace.
I understand that if I am hired, I am free to end the employment relationship at any time for any reason. However, The Oak Tree Christian Academy also reserves its right to terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any lawful reason. I further understand the cost of my onboarding will be deducted from my paycheck if I leave within my observation period.
I understand that If I am hired, I must be at least 18 years of age and will be required to provide proof of identity and leagal authority to work in the U.S.A.
