Rally In The Woods Registration

I understand that I will be calling Twin Bears to make my own campground reservations and the campout fee does not include camping fees. Cancellation fees will follow the campground's policy.

Members who cancel after registering and paying for any event will forfeit any third-party non-refundable fees incurred by SEMAC or the event sponsor, including but not limited to reservation fees, processing fees, site cancellation fees (when campsites are paid by SEMAC), excursions, tours, catering, entertainment, and/or other event fees. Refunds of campsite fees follow the campground’s cancellation and refund policy. Rally fees outside of the above will be refunded provided thirty days notice is given. Any registrant who cancels within thirty days of the Rally start date will forfeit all prepaid rally fees unless a replacement can be found.   We understand that circumstances arise when cancellation is necessary, and every effort will be made to minimize the financial impact on both the club and the registrant.  Prior to canceling a campground reservation, registrants should reach out to the event host to see if anyone is on the waiting list and available to participate.  Regardless of the timing, reason, or cause for cancellation, if SEMAC or the event host cannot find a replacement and/or obtain refunds from the vendors, the member will not be refunded for the costs incurred by the club.  If SEMAC cancels a rally or event, all registrant's prepaid fees will be refunded.  Refunds may be electronic or by check. Any member who disagrees with a refund decision can appeal it to the SEMAC Executive Board by submitting a written appeal request to the SEMAC President. The request should include the reasons for requesting a reversal of the refund decision and must be submitted within 30 days of the original nonrefundable decision.
