Ignite Student Ministry Service Project

Join us for a Youth Ministry Volunteer Event on Saturday, November 16th, following the 11:00 AM Mass at St. Patrick Church of Merna. We'll be heading out together to rake leaves for those in need, and it's a great opportunity to serve our community while spending time with friends. Lunch (sandwiches and chips) will be provided. This event is open to all students in grades 8–12 and counts toward service hours for school or Confirmation. Sign-up closes November 9th, so don’t miss out! I give permission for my child, named above, to participate in the Youth Ministry Leaf Raking Service Event on November 16, 2025, with Ignite Student Ministry. I understand that my child will be transported to and from various locations by adult volunteers who have completed the diocesan Safe Environment Training. I hereby release St. Patrick Church of Merna,Ignite Student Ministry, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Peoria, and any and all affiliated staff, volunteers, and representatives from any liability for injuries, accidents, or other incidents that may occur during this event, including transportation to and from the service locations. I acknowledge that all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of my child.

All donated items can be dropped off with your child at the church OR for individual chips and drinks can be dropped off at St. Pat's office the week before during office hours
