To ensure transparency, we want to clarify that the registration fee is used solely to offset the costs of the venue, meals, and related event expenses. All organizing agencies are contributing their time and resources and will not receive any monetary gain from the conference. Review registration costs and choose your preferred payment method. Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the conference. No refunds will be issued after April 14, 2026. Registrations may be transferred to another person at any time. If you need to cancel your registration, please email dawn@jtme.org to begin the cancellation process. She will assist you with next steps and any applicable refund information. We kindly ask that you not cancel through PayPal, as it adds additional fees.

If you are registering on behalf of another individual, you confirm that you have permission to provide their information and agree to share all relevant program details with them.
