    Agreement between Westerner Exposition Association and

  • Items to be Sold in Booth

  • Covering the privilege (but not an exclusive privilege) of the following operation at Westerner Park's Ski Saddle Skidaddle, subject to the Rules, Regulations and Conditions governing the exhibits at Westerner Park which I/we acknowledge are attached hereto and form part of this agreement. All booths will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    Contracts will not be accepted without payment before the deadline of February 20th.

  • Booth Pricing & Extras

    Description and Cost (GST included) as follows: Booths are 10x10. We will supply one (1) 8' table and two (2) chairs. Power is additional cost and vendors must bring their own extension cords.  Booth Cost: $50.00
  • Insurance

    Vendors will be requested to maintain throughout the term of your contract, Commercial General Public Liability Insurance with a minimum limit of $2 million. The certificate of insurance needs to name “The Westerner Exposition Association” and “The City of Red Deer” as additional insured parties during the duration of your contracted dates.
  • Payment

    Payment is required upon approval by the Westerner Park Coordinator.
