Pricing and Services
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Pools over 80,000L: Two Opening Chemical Kits will be required and charged if selected. If the pool is green upon opening, we will substitute one Correct Kit ($99.99 each) for every 80,000L of water for more effective treatment.
- Salt Systems: Salt cells are automatically cleaned during opening unless otherwise requested.
- Water Feature Start-Up Fee (per feature) applies to:
- Solar heating
- Waterfalls
- Sheer descents
- Deck jets
- Laminar jets
- Auto-fill lines
- Two Winter Covers Installed: $100.00 additional charge.
- Heavy Debris Load: $100.00 if opening exceeds 90 minutes due to debris.
- Complex Pools: Additional fees may apply.
- Equipment Start-Up Service: If the winter cover is still on upon arrival, a $100.00 fee will apply and the appointment will be rescheduled. Full Pool Openings cannot be done on the originally scheduled date if required last-minute.

Important Notes: Services Not Included in a Standard Pool Opening
- Lighting pilot lights or igniting pool heaters
- Pool vacuuming – must be booked with the opening. Not guaranteed if requested later
- Removing or replacing seized safety cover anchors
- Installing or activating automatic pool cleaners
- Salt addition: Bring a water sample to our store 24–48 hours after circulation begins for accurate analysis
- Filling the pool to operational water level
- Installing or mounting diving boards, slides, or deck accessories with damaged/missing hardware

Cancellation Policy
A $100.00 cancellation fee may apply to:
- Appointments changed or canceled with less than 2 business days notice
- If our technicians arrives and cannot access the backyard or complete the service due to unforeseen issues
