  • Call for Speaker/Presentation Proposals

    NCPERS is now accepting speaker and presentation proposal submissions for the 2026 Annual Conference & Exhibition, taking place May 17–20, 2026 in Las Vegas, NV!
  • DEADLINE TO SUBMIT IS JANUARY 30 at 5PM ET.

     

    Proposals will be reviewed February 2-13.

    Status notifications will be emailed the week of February 16 to the designated point of contact provided in your submission.

    All proposed presenters must be NCPERS members. Please include the full name, professional title, organization and email address for each presenter you are proposing.

    Please provide the following information about your proposed presentation. Be as specific as possible. The Education Committee will base its selection on the details you submit. If your session changes after it has been approved, you’ll need to obtain approval again.

  • SPEAKER REQUIREMENTS

    Selected speakers are expected to adhere to the following event policies:

    • Membership: Your organization must have an active NCPERS membership. To verify your membership status, contact us at 202-601-2445 or email membership@ncpers.org.
    • Registration: Confirmed speakers are required to register for the conference. For more information on registration fees, please visit our registration page. Please note CorPERS members receive one complimentary speaker registration pass. 
    •  Availability: Be available to present during the designated dates and times of the conference. 
    • Presentation Materials: Submit final presentation materials by the specified deadline. All content should be original and tailored to engage and inform our audience.
    • Engagement: Use interactive elements to keep the audience engaged and facilitate learning.
    • Compliance: Abide by all event policies, including those related to promotion, content, and diversity and inclusion.
