              By submitting this form, you acknowledge that Best Sleepover Ever Events is not responsible for injuries, damages, or accidents that may occur during or after event setup. You agree that any venue damage caused by guests or venue conditions is the client’s responsibility.


              📄 General Service Agreement
              All retainers are non-refundable.
              Setup access must be granted 1–2 hours prior to the event start time.
              Client is responsible for ensuring venue access, parking, and space clearance.
              Remaining balances must be paid in full 2 days before the event date.
              Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event forfeit full payment.
              Photos may be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.
