1️⃣ Service Scope (What’s Included)
Small jobs must be:
Tasks that take 30–90 minutes each
No specialty trade permits required
Light electrical and plumbing (fixture swaps only)
Minimal materials
Examples included:
TV mounting (65" or smaller)
Faucet replacement
Toilet replacement
Light fixture swap
Indoor Holiday Decorations
Door adjustments
Caulking
Hardware installation
2️⃣ Services NOT Included
❌ No full remodel work
❌ No major plumbing (no drain clearing, no pipe replacement)
❌ No panel/electrical rewiring
❌ No roofing
❌ No structural repairs
❌ No painting full rooms
❌ No ladders over 8 ft
❌ No work behind walls
❌ No exterior work
❌ No materials runs during the appointment
Client provided materials must be ready and on site at the time of the appointment
3️⃣ Pricing
Minimum $150 per visit
$299 for up to 2 hours
4️⃣ Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of the appointment.
Accept: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, ApplePay
Materials (if provided by NC Repair and Remodeling) must be prepaid.
5️⃣ Scheduling & Arrival Window
Technician will text when en route
Client must be home or accessible
If the client is not home → $50 no-show fee.
6️⃣ Materials Policy
To avoid delays:
Client must provide all fixtures and materials
If Client requests materials to be provided by NC Repair and Remodeling, add cost + 25% markup
No material runs during appointment
Specialty tools are included as needed
7️⃣ Safety & Liability
Licensed and Insured
No work on unsafe ladders or hazardous conditions
Pets and children should be supervised
8️⃣ Warranty Terms
Keep it simple:
30-day workmanship warranty
No warranty on client-provided materials
No warranty on existing issues behind walls (hidden conditions)
9️⃣ Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
Free if done 24 hours in advance
Cancelling same day → $50 fee
Rescheduling more than twice requires a deposit
🔟 “One List” Rule
Prepare your list of up to 5 small jobs. We will complete as many as possible within your booked time.
Ask about junk removal for an additional fee.
NC Repair and Remodeling reserves the right to decline a task. In this case, the client would be aware at the time of appointment scheduling. Alternate days, other than Saturday, can be available upon request but not guaranteed. All properties must be within Montgomery County, MD. Payment is due immediately at the end of the visit. Your appointment will be scheduled upon your confirmation that you have read and agree to the Small Job Saturday terms, including scope limitations, material requirements, and payment due at completion. You're appointment is not confirmed until you recieve a reply via email confirming all the details of your appointment.
