    Festival: 12 PM – 4 PM
    Load Out: 4 PM – 5 PM

    Who You Are -- Mobile chefs, caterers, and culinary creators who bring bold flavors to the streets of Hawthorne.

With hundreds of hungry locals and music-filled streets, it’s one of the most effective ways to build visibility, grow your audience, and sell out your menu. With low costs and high foot traffic, it’s one of the most effective ways to grow your audience and sales.

    Micro-Business Vendors:

    Who You Are: Local makers, artisans, and entrepreneurs selling handmade goods, art, fashion, beauty products, or specialty items.

    Why Join: This is your spotlight moment! Connect with customers face-to-face, share your brand story, and showcase your creativity alongside other makers. From handmade goods to local art, fashion, or specialty items — Hawthorne wants to see what you do best! Bring your products, your story, and your creativity—this is your moment to shine!

    General: 
    Each vendor space includes an 8’x8’ booth area or Food Truck parking location on 126th Street.

    Vendors must bring their own tables, canopies, signage, and displays.

    Electricity will not be provided. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, cleanup, and staffing. All vendors must comply with applicable health and safety regulations.

    You will receive load in instructions via email approximately two weeks prior to the event.
