Volunteer Descriptions
GREETER: These individuals will stand at the main and west doors before service and greet those arriving. After service, they will also stand at the opening to the FAC and greet the body as they are coming in to get their food and help direct traffic
HOT FOOD SERVING: These volunteers will stand in the serving lines and serve the hot food.
HOT FOOD RUNNER: (no children please) These volunteers will refill hot food in the serving lines as it runs out - they will be going back and forth between the FAC and big kitchen.
MORNING RECEIVERS: These volunteers will arrive early to receive side dishes and desserts, make sure they are cut and ready to serve and store them in the gym or fridge.
SIDE DISH AND DESSERT VOLUNTEERS: These volunteers will maintain and manage the side dish and dessert lines by clearing empty dishes, maintaining cleanliness and order, and refilling or replacing food as needed.
BEVERAGE VOLUNTEERS: These volunteers will fill and serve beverages
DECORATORS: These volunteers will arrive Saturday morning to help decorate for Sunday.
SATURDAY MORNING CASSEROLE PREP: These volunteers will arrive Saturday morning to help prep the potato casserole for Sunday.
CLEAN UP - TABLES AND CHAIRS: These volunteers will stay to clean and put away all of the tables and chairs after the event.
CLEAN UP - DISHES: These volunteers will stay after the event to wash dishes and clean up the kitchen.
VACUUM: These volunteers will stay after the event to Vacuum the FAC
SWEEP: These volunteers will stay after the event to sweep the gym
