I/we hereby authorize the above listed contractor to appear before the ALC and sign on my/our behalf, and understand that as owner(s) of the property and by signing and submitting this original ‘Contractor as Homeowners’ Authorized Agent’ I/we shall be held to the terms of all verbal, written and signed agreements entered into by my/our Authorized Agent, including but not limited to, that which is written on the Permit Application, Permit and any changes made to the documents or attachments by and between the ALC and my/our Authorized Agent. In addition, I/we understand we are solely responsible for adhering to the CC&R’s, ALC Guidelines, and any other applicable laws.
