Once Upon a Time in San Antonio…
Three bears with a love for puffy tacos roamed Brackenridge Park.
A rose at the center of the Botanical Gardens held a long-forgotten secret.
Princesses from two different worlds battled atop a Fiesta parade float.

Can a Slavic transplant with chicken legs help La Llorona and El Cucuy come to terms with their mythic origins?
Will a can of magic beans help the Spurs climb to victory?
Can three sips of a Big Red help Dorothy find her way home?
Join us for an enchanted afternoon celebrating senior creativity, original theatre, and the magic of San Antonio. Presented by the Seniors in Play Writers Group
Over the past year, our Seniors in Play playwrights have created a series of original ten-minute plays. These works—each inspired by a fairy tale, folklore, or myth with a San Antonio twist—will be brought to life through staged readings performed by a troupe of Seniors in Play actors from across San Antonio.
