Under no circumstances may a vendor provide alcohol at their booth. Any vendor sampling or selling food/beverages must comply with all governmental regulations concerning the storage, preparation, and distribution of these items. Additionally, vendors must provide a hand-washing station in their booth, supply booth workers with rubber gloves, and require them to be worn whenever a worker handles items intended for consumption. MNCBG reserves the right to terminate the distribution of any product if deemed necessary for public safety reasons.
