Creative Vision Travel agrees to provide professional travel planning services to research, design, and curate a personalized travel experience based on the Client’s preferences, budget, and desired destination(s).
To begin the research and development of the Client’s custom travel proposal, a non-refundable event planning fee of $150.00 is required.
This fee covers the Planner’s time, expertise, and access to professional travel resources necessary to create a unique and customized itinerary.
Once the travel proposal has been submitted to the Client, the fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of whether the Client proceeds with booking the trip.
Upon receipt of the planning fee, Creative Vision Travel will begin creating the customized proposal, which includes:
- Destination research and recommendations
- Suggested accommodations and transportation
- Excursions and activities
- Estimated pricing and logistics
The proposal will be presented to the Client within 10 business days of payment. Final bookings are made only after written Client approval and applicable deposits are received.
All booking-related costs, including flights, accommodations, tours, and travel insurance, will be invoiced separately. Full payment schedules and cancellation policies will be detailed in the final travel confirmation documents.
The Client agrees to provide accurate and timely information necessary to complete the travel planning process, including identification documents, payment details, and travel preferences. Delays or omissions may impact availability and pricing.
Creative Vision Travel acts as an independent travel consultant and intermediary between the Client and various travel suppliers. The Planner is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or performance of any third-party vendors, including airlines, hotels, or tour operators.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined in this Agreement and authorizes Creative Vision Travel to proceed with the research and preparation of the travel proposal.
