  • CANCELLATION POLICY

     

    If you need to cancel OR reschedule your appointment for any reason, you must let me know at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you fail to notify me within the 48 hour time period, 50% of your scheduled service will need to be paid BEFORE you can book another appointment with me. I have this policy placed to protect my business. Please feel free to message me to reschedule.

  • LATE POLICY

    I do allow a 15 minute grace period from the start of your appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment, and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. I have put this policy in place to respect the time of my clients. If I am running late on your appointment, that pushes my entire day back and causes the rest of my clients that day to have to wait. I understand things happen that are out of your control, which is why I have a 15 minute grace period. Thank you for understanding
